Author & Comicbook Artist, Will Eisner and GLAAD Award nominee, Eva Cabrera is the cofounder of Mexican studio BoudikaComics. She was born in Veracruz, Mexico, but most of the time she likes to travel and see other places. She is a lover of animals, books, and nature. In her free time she likes to watch shows, movies, and play video games.
Since she was little, she has been fascinated by telling stories through drawing. Little by little, she has developed her work as a female comics artist, and it’s become very important for her to be a representative of the creative women in Mexico.
She has illustrated the Betty & Veronica: Vixens series for Archie Comics, Kim & Kim for Black Mask Studio [a comic with three nominations], and she has collaborated with publishers such as Oni Press, ComiXology Originals, Andrews McMeel Publishing, Black Mask, and others. She also designed covers for Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time series for BOOM Studios.

🐱🏥🐾 MICHI Retratos: Ayudemos a Elliot
With a broken heart, I share with you that my beloved Elliot has crossed the rainbow bridge. He passed away peacefully and deeply loved.
We want to thank every single person who offered their support, donations, words of encouragement, and love throughout this process. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide him with the best possible medical care, look after him, and give him the quality of life he so truly deserved. Your help made a huge difference, and I will never forget it.
For those who would still like to help with the accumulated costs from his treatments and final care, the black-and-white photos and prints of my cats will remain available for purchase.
Thank you for not leaving us alone, for walking alongside Elliot on his journey, and for being such a wonderful support network.
